آزمایشگاه معتبر آلمانی PC Gamer Hardware ، مادربردهای مبتنی بر تراشه Intel P45 از برند Biostar را با Asus مقایسه نموده و در نهایت جایزه خود را به مادربرد Biostar TP45 HP اعطاء نموده است . بخشی از نتایج این آزمایش در جدول زیر آورده شده است . در قسمت تست راندمان با نرم افزارهای تست ، 3Dmarck 05 ، 3DMark06 Aquamark 3 و Cinebench R10 مادربردهای Biostar TP45 Hp و Biostar TPower I45 هر کدام امتیازهای بیشتری از دو مادربرد معروف Asus بدست آورده اند . نتیجه این امتیازهای بالا ، دریافت 4 ستاره در مقابل 3 ستاره مادربردهای Asus است . در قسمت Overclocking نیز مادربردهای Biostar به فرکانسهای FSB بالاتری نسبت به مدلهای مشابه از برند Asus دست یافته اند . البته باید این نکته را توجه داشت که این فرکانسها در حدود 570 مگاهرتز برای مادربردهای Biostar بدست آمده اند و این درحالیست که این فرکانسها در رکوردهای جهانی FSB توسط Overclocker های حرفه ای 734 مگاهرتز است ! و متخصصین این آزمایشگاه نتوانسته اند به آن فرکانسها دست پیدا کنند . با این وجود این امتیاز بسیار بالاتر از Asus است . بازه ولتاژی قابل پشتیبانی نیز در مادربردهای Biostar به مراتب بیشتر از Asus می باشد . بدین ترتیب Biostar در قسمت Overclocking نیز 4 ستاره در مقابل 5/3 ستاره Asus بدست آورده است . این آزمایشگاه ، پس از در نظر گرفتن قیمتهای این مادربردها ، مادربرد Biostar TP45 HP را برگزیده است . کسب جایزه این آزمایشگاه آلمانی توسط Biostar در مقابل حریف قدرتمندی به نام Asus که همواره جایگاه بسیار مناسبی در میان حرفه ای های رایانه داشته است ، حاکی از قدرت Biostar است .
